Software License Agreement

This Software License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the license Aura Media Works LLP ("we," "us," or "our") grants to a law firm ("Firm") to access and use VakilFirm. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which govern day-to-day use of the application; where those documents and this Agreement address the same subject, this Agreement controls for matters of licensing and intellectual property specifically.

1. License grant

Subject to this Agreement and an active subscription, we grant the Firm a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use VakilFirm for the Firm's own legal-practice management purposes, and to give the Firm's own staff and authorized clients access as the Firm configures it.

2. Restrictions

The Firm agrees not to: reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of VakilFirm; resell, sublicense, or make VakilFirm available to any party outside the Firm's own staff and authorized clients; use VakilFirm to build or support a competing product; or remove any proprietary notices.

3. Ownership

VakilFirm — including its software, design, and underlying technology — is and remains the exclusive property of Aura Media Works LLP. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any ownership right, except the limited license expressly granted above.

4. Firm content

As between the parties, the Firm retains ownership of the case data, documents, and client information it enters into VakilFirm. See our Privacy Policy for how that information is handled.

5. Fees

Use of VakilFirm is subject to the fees and payment terms set out in the order form, invoice, or plan agreed between the Firm and Aura Media Works LLP.

6. Term and termination

This license continues for as long as the Firm maintains an active subscription, and ends automatically if that subscription lapses or is terminated under our Terms of Service.

7. Warranty disclaimer

VakilFirm is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aura Media Works LLP will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from this Agreement or use of VakilFirm.

9. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
